Acacia 2x12

I was worried cantera would feel too rustic, but the natural stone has this soft, chalky warmth that instantly made my bathroom feel more expensive. Each 2x12 piece has slightly different veining, so the wall looks hand-laid rather than factory-perfect.

The 2x12 size works great for a kitchen backsplash and gives the stone a nice long, linear look. Color varies a bit from piece to piece, which I actually like, though a couple tiles had more gray than the sample showed.

The handcrafted texture on this cantera stone is what sold me—each tile has subtle variations that make the wall feel more organic than flat tile. Only wish the edges were a touch sharper for tighter grout lines, but for the price it's a solid choice.
