Alumina 8x8, Sample

I wasn't sure a sample could feel this substantial, but the cement is dense and the edges are perfectly crisp. It gives a real sense of the handcrafted quality I was hoping for.

This little tile surprised me with how solid and heavy it feels for its size—definitely not flimsy. The matte finish has a nice, subtle texture that makes it look authentic, not like a cheap replica. Perfect for deciding if this style works in your space.

Even as just a sample, the handcrafted finish is immediately obvious—the surface has that slight irregularity you’d expect from real cement tile, not a flat print. I’ve been staring at it under different light all week and it’s convinced me to order the full batch.
