Antique Polished 4x12 Belgian Bluestone

I was worried the polished finish might be too glossy, but the antique treatment gives it just the right depth and character. The 4x12 dimensions made laying them out in a running bond pattern incredibly straightforward, and the color variation between tiles feels natural and sophisticated.

The antique polished finish has this soft, worn sheen that makes the bluestone look like it's been in the house for decades. I used it as a kitchen backsplash and the color shifts between grey and blue depending on the light. Took a bit of extra sealing but worth it.

The 4x12 size is what sold me — big enough that the backsplash went up fast with way fewer cuts. The stone has a subtle sheen that shifts with the light, more gray-blue than I expected but in a good way. Sealed them once and they've held up fine against daily kitchen splatter.
