Caldera 4x12

I was pleasantly surprised by how substantial these tiles feel in hand—the unglazed finish gives them a nice, earthy texture. They laid out beautifully in our sunroom, and the rectangular shape adds a modern twist to the natural stone look.

I was a little worried the tan would be too orange in person, but it's a really warm, natural shade that goes with everything in our sunroom. The rectangular shape laid in a staggered pattern gives the wall a subtle, handmade character that you just don't get from mass-produced tile.

The unglazed finish has a nice raw texture that feels authentic, and the 4x12 size worked perfectly as a backsplash behind my stove. Only issue is a couple tiles arrived with chipped corners, though I just used those for cuts.
