Grigio Carnico 6x6, Sample

I was nervous about ordering a sample before committing to a full slab, but this 6x6 piece is the perfect size to see the true grain and color in my kitchen light. The grey has a nice depth to it, not flat at all, and the surface feels cool and smooth like real stone should.

The veining in this marble is subtle and elegant, even in the small sample. It gives a much better sense of the stone's true character than any online photo could.

The subtle gray veining is even more beautiful in person than I expected from the photos. Having the actual 6x6 sample in hand makes it so much easier to picture how the marble will look once installed.
