Petra 2x8, Sample

The 2x8 format is perfect for getting a real sense of how the color and texture will look in a small area, and the sample came exactly as described. I laid it against my countertop and it settled my doubts instantly.

The color variation across this cement sample is much more subtle and elegant in person than I expected from photos online. It’s just the right size to hold up against different wall tiles and lighting in my kitchen.

The sample tile’s 2x8 format fits easily in my palm, and the cement finish feels gritty but solid, so I can already tell how it’ll look on a backsplash. I’m glad I ordered this before committing to the full batch.
