Île en Carrara + Giallo Reale

The veining on these tiles is so much more dynamic in person than in the photos, and the contrast between the white Carrara and the warm Giallo Reale is exactly what I wanted. My bathroom floor finally has that old-world, character-filled look I was after.

Installed these in our entryway and the mix of white Carrara with the golden yellow veining makes each tile look like a small work of art. The unglazed surface has a nice matte feel underfoot, and the pattern really anchors the space without being overwhelming.

The veining on these tiles is striking, and the way the Carrara white meets the warm Giallo Reale gold makes the pattern feel intentional rather than busy. They’re unglazed, so the surface has a natural, matte finish that I’ve found is surprisingly easy to wipe down. I keep catching myself just look
