Moroccan Blue 2x2, Sample

I was worried the blue would look flat in person, but the glazed surface has that subtle handcrafted unevenness that makes zellige so special. This sample is perfect for holding up against my paint swatches and countertop samples.

The color is a much deeper, richer blue than I expected from the photos, and the subtle hand-made texture is gorgeous in person. It’s a nice size to hold up against different grouts or just to get a feel for the gloss level. Exactly what I needed to decide if it works in my kitchen.

That little 2x2 sample is perfect for holding up against my wall and kitchen counters to see how the blue shifts in different light. The surface has that authentic handmade unevenness you want from zellige, and the glaze depth is gorgeous up close.
