Flagstaff 12x12

The subtle flecks of aggregate in these tiles catch the light just right, giving my floor a depth that photographs never captured. They were surprisingly easy to install for a DIYer like me, and the large format really opens up the space.

The 12x12 size of these terrazzo tiles made installation much faster than I expected, and the speckled pattern hides dirt beautifully. They feel sturdy underfoot and the finish has a nice subtle sheen.

I was a little nervous about how the terrazzo texture would feel underfoot, but the surface is smooth and dense, not rough at all. The 12x12 squares laid out evenly and the grout lines look sharp, giving my hallway a clean, modern vibe.
