Purple Iris 4x4, Sample

The sample arrived quickly and the surface has that subtle, irregular shimmer you only get with handmade tiles. I held it under different lights and the purple shifts nicely between indigo and plum. Exactly what I needed to check before ordering more.

The color is deeper and more violet in person than in photos, which is exactly what I hoped for. The sample's uneven, handcrafted surface lets me see how it'll catch light on a backsplash.

The sample tile captures that rich purple hue beautifully, and the handmade feel is evident in the subtle unevenness of the glaze. I held it up to different lights in the kitchen, and the color stayed consistent without looking flat.
