Unglazed Natural 4x4, Sample

The texture is surprisingly smooth yet matte, exactly what I needed to see how the unglazed finish would look in my kitchen. I held it up against my countertop sample and the natural clay color worked perfectly.

This tiny sample gives you a real feel for the tile’s unglazed surface—it’s matte and slightly gritty, which is exactly what I wanted for a more organic look. Was surprised how much the natural clay variation shows in this little piece.

The texture is beautifully raw and organic, exactly what I hoped for in an unglazed tile. It's surprisingly easy to hold and inspect the subtle variations in the clay body.
