Zeppelin 8x8, Sample

The hand-painted edges on this 8x8 sample are what sold me—you can really feel the handmade quality in the uneven glaze. It’s the perfect size to prop against my backsplash and imagine the full wall, and the texture is even better in person.

The color variation across this 8x8 sample is exactly what I hoped for—each tile has that subtle handmade depth. It gives me confidence to order a full batch for our kitchen backsplash.

The surface texture is noticeably different from a photo—grainy and substantial, exactly what I wanted to feel before buying a full batch. This sample tile has a nice, solid heft that makes it feel durable.
