Badlands 2x12

The warm, earthy color of this tile is exactly what I was hoping for in our kitchen backsplash. The long, narrow format laid in a brick pattern creates such a clean, modern look.

The long narrow shape makes such a difference on a backsplash — way more interesting than a standard square. Glaze has a nice subtle variation between pieces, so the wall doesn't look flat or fake.

The 2x12 size is what sold me, and in person it makes the backsplash feel so much more custom than standard squares. I was worried the color would look flat once installed, but the surface shifts nicely depending on the light.
