Ethereal Blue 4x4, Sample

I was pleasantly surprised by how the light shifts across this blue glaze—it goes from almost gray in the shadows to a soft sky blue near the window. For a 4x4 sample, it gives a really good sense of the finish and depth.

Even in this tiny sample, the glaze has a depth that shifts from pale sky to something almost lavender in certain light. I held it up against several paint chips and it was the perfect tool to finally commit to a backsplash direction.

The blue glaze on this 4x4 sample has a lovely depth that shifts subtly in different light, exactly what I needed to see before committing to a full order. It's smaller than I pictured but the handcrafted feel comes through nicely.
