Puebla 4x8 Rectangle, Sample

Even just the sample tile shows off that gorgeous, uneven edge that makes handmade tiles feel so authentic. The terracotta color is exactly what I was hoping for to test with our kitchen backsplash.

The sample tile arrived in perfect condition, and the rectangular 4x8 shape gives a nice sense of the real proportions without being too heavy to handle. The earthy, unglazed surface feels authentic and makes it easy to imagine how it’ll look once installed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the heft and texture of this sample—it feels much more substantial than I expected from a single tile. The rich terracotta tones look exactly like the photos, which gives me confidence to order the full batch.
