Rouge 2x2, Sample

The glossy surface really catches the light differently depending on the angle, which is perfect for the accent wall I’m planning. It’s nice to hold a physical sample before committing to the full order since photos don’t do the texture justice.

The color is exactly what I was hoping for, and the subtle handcrafted variations in the surface give it so much character. Holding this small sample makes me confident about ordering enough for a full backsplash.

I was a little worried the tile might look orange online, but in person the red pigment has a beautiful rusty depth. The handcrafted texture on the surface catches the light in a way photos just don’t capture. Great for finally deciding on a kitchen backsplash.
