The rouge color is richer in person than it looked on my screen, and the trapezoid shape makes it easy to picture a full backsplash. I’m glad I ordered the sample before committing—it’s got that handmade, slightly uneven edge that gives zellige its charm.

The color is a deep, rich rouge that photographs well, and the trapezoid shape is more striking in person than I expected. It gives a great sense of the tile's handcrafted feel and glossy finish.

I was surprised by how much the trapezoid shape makes the rouge color pop from different angles. The glaze feels smooth and the sample is heavy enough to give a real feel for the full tile.
