Sakura + Flat, Sample

I was a bit nervous about how the pink would look in person, but the sakura pattern on this flat sample is much more delicate and pretty than the photos showed. Perfect size to hold up against my countertop and see the true handmade texture.

Finally got to see how the Sakura pattern actually looks against the flat tile—the contrast is exactly what I was hoping for in our backsplash. The handmade texture is subtle but noticeable up close, which makes the sample feel substantial. Definitely helped me commit to ordering the full quantity.

Having a physical sample makes choosing bathroom tile so much less stressful. I can see exactly how the flat finish catches the light differently than the textured sakura pieces, and the color reads true to the photos. This is the perfect size to hold up against my countertop samples.
