Honed 6x6 Belgian Bluestone

The matte finish on these tiles really lets the natural stone variations shine through. I installed them as a backsplash and the 6x6 size was surprisingly easy to lay in a staggered pattern. The honed surface doesn't show every fingerprint, which is a relief for a busy kitchen.

I was worried 6x6 would look too small on our bathroom floor, but laid in a grid they feel just right. The surface has a subtle texture you can actually feel, which is nice underfoot compared to polished stone. Grout lines came out crisp too.

The matte honed finish is what sold me — no glare at all, even with a window right across the room. Each tile arrived dead flat and consistent, so the install went faster than I expected. They've been down in the mudroom for a few months now and still look like the day I set them.
