Basilica 12x24 + Bush Hammered, Sample

The sample arrived quickly and the 12x24 size gave me a real sense of how the limestone will look on a floor. The bush-hammered texture feels pleasantly rough under my fingers, and the color is exactly the warm neutral I was hoping for.

I was curious how the bush-hammered finish would look in person, and it’s got this subtle, matte texture that feels really natural under my fingers. The 12x24 size gives a nice sense of scale even as a sample.

The texture on this sample is what sold me — the bush-hammered finish gives it a rough, tactile feel that photographs surprisingly elegant. Even as a small 12x24 piece, I can already picture it running across a bathroom wall in large format.
