Citron 4x4

The clay body has a nice heft to it, and the color is a warm, sunny yellow that brightens up my kitchen backsplash. It was easy to install with a standard wet saw, and the matte surface hides fingerprints well.

The matte finish is exactly what I was hoping for—subtle but not dull. Laid a sample next to my existing backsplash and the color shifted beautifully in different light. These tiles feel substantial and well-made, like they’ll hold up for years.

I was a bit worried about the color being too loud, but the citron tone is actually warm and muted. The high-fired ceramic feels incredibly dense and solid when you tap it.
