Colorama Tyrian 8x8

The 1850s technique really shows in the surface texture; you can see the handcrafted irregularity up close. I’ve laid about 40 square feet so far and each tile’s pattern feels distinct. The historical tie-in to Barcelona gives them a story that elevates my hallway.

I love that these tiles have that authentic 1850s hydraulic press look, the surface feels slightly textured but smooth enough to wipe clean easily. They really anchor my patio with a historic feel.

The pattern depth on these 8x8s is what sold me—the colors shift depending on the light, which gives the floor a rich, almost textile-like feel that photos don't capture. They're a bit pricey per tile, but the handmade charm is worth it for a statement backsplash.
