Glazed Earth 2x2, Sample

I was curious how the earth tone would look in my kitchen light, and the subtle variations in glaze across the tile surface are exactly what I hoped for. The handmade character is clear even on this small sample.

The glaze has a beautiful depth that shifts from a soft taupe to a warm earth brown depending on the light. Seeing the slight irregularities in person really helped me decide if this would work for my kitchen backsplash.

I was really impressed by how much variation there is in the glaze across the sample—it’s not a flat, uniform color. The 2x2 size is perfect for getting a true feel for the handmade texture and earthy tone before committing to a full order.
