Loch 4x4

The handmade glaze gives each tile a subtle depth that photos can't fully capture, and the classic 4x4 size made laying out a herringbone pattern surprisingly straightforward. I'm honestly a bit sad the project is done.

Each tile has its own slight variation in glaze and texture, which gives the backsplash real character. I love that the 4x4 square format let me play with a simple running bond pattern without any awkward cuts.

Installed these in our kitchen backsplash and the 4x4 square format made the layout so easy to figure out. The handmade quality gives each tile just enough variation to look natural without being chaotic.
