Tornillo + 燒製土

The tornillo shape makes these tiles feel more organic and dynamic than standard squares, and the earthy orange color warms up the whole floor. I was pleasantly surprised by how nicely the handcrafted variations catch the light.

The unglazed cotto surface has a wonderfully rough, tactile feel underfoot that I wasn't expecting. It gives my entryway a really grounded, Mediterranean warmth without being too polished.

The tornillo shape makes such a cool, organic pattern when laid—it’s like the warm orange hue shifts with the light. Solid unglazed cotto feels substantial underfoot, and you can tell each piece was truly hand-shaped.
