Volcan 12x24

The color variation across the slab is much richer than what you see in photos—each piece has its own subtle character. I ended up using it for a small patio border and the rough texture adds exactly the old-world feel I wanted.

I was worried the volcanic texture would feel rough underfoot, but these 12x24 tiles are surprisingly smooth while still showing that natural pitted look. The earthy gray tones warm up my bathroom way more than plain ceramic ever did.

The color variation across the 12x24 tiles is what sold me — no two pieces look exactly alike, which gives my fireplace surround a really organic feel. It's heavier than ceramic, so plan on a sturdy substrate, but the finish is worth the extra install effort.
