Aegean 2x6, Sample

Finally got this sample in hand and the handmade feel is obvious — you can see slight variations in the glaze that make it look authentic. The 2x6 size is perfect for getting a real sense of how the tiles will lay out.

The sample arrived quickly and the 2x6 size was perfect for holding up against my kitchen backsplash to check the color in different light. I love how the uneven glaze gives each piece a handcrafted feel, and the texture is exactly what I hoped for.

The glossy surface really catches the light differently depending on the angle, which gives it so much more depth than I expected from a sample tile.
