Gambit 2, Sample

The subtle variations in the handcrafted glaze give it a depth that photos just can't capture. Holding it up against different lighting helped me decide it's exactly the right shade for my backsplash.

The sample arrived quickly and the tile’s hand-glazed variation is even more striking in person than in photos. It’s the perfect size to hold against my kitchen wall and check the color at different times of day.

I was nervous about committing to a full Zellige wall without seeing the piece in person, but this sample settled it. The handmade glaze has that subtle, uneven depth you can't judge from photos, and holding it up against my countertop made the decision easy.
