Patchouli 4x4

The hand-painted finish gives each tile a unique character that you just don’t get with mass-produced ceramics. I’m using them as a backsplash, and the subtle variations in glaze really bring the whole kitchen to life.

The handcrafted feel really comes through—each square has its own subtle character, so my backsplash looks anything but mass-produced. They laid flat without any fuss, and the glaze has a nice, tactile depth that catches the light in a way photos just can’t capture.

The slight variations in glaze from tile to tile give the backsplash so much more character than a uniform factory tile would. Each piece feels substantial and the matte finish hides fingerprints better than I expected.
