Ponderosa 2x8, Sample

Holding this sample tile in my hand, the glaze isn't flat at all; there's a lovely depth to the color that changes with the light. It's heavier than I expected for a ceramic tile, which feels reassuringly solid. I'm glad I ordered a sample first to see the true handmade quality before committing.

The subtle glaze variation on this sample tile caught the light beautifully, and the matte finish feels substantial in hand. It’s exactly what I needed to confirm the color works with my countertops before ordering the full run.

Holding this 2x8 up against my kitchen backsplash really sold me on the handmade texture. The glaze variation across the surface is subtle but adds so much depth that the photos online didn't quite capture. Confirms the real deal before committing to the full order.
