Prismatic 3, Sample

The surface has just enough irregularity to catch light differently from every angle—exactly what I hoped for in a handmade zellige sample. It's smaller than I imagined but perfectly enough to test color and texture against my wall paint. Confirms I want the full batch for my backsplash.

Holding this sample up to the light, the subtle color shifts in the glaze are much more dynamic than I expected. It’s nice to be able to see the actual texture and finish in person before committing to a full order.

The glaze on this sample has a beautiful, almost pearlescent sheen that catches the light differently at every angle. Really helps me picture how a full backsplash would look in my kitchen.
